How OnoMarket works

Buying

Every figure has its own page with every copy for sale, the condition, and real photos of the front, the back and the stamp under the base. Add figures from one or more sellers to your cart and pay once.

Your money is held by OnoMarket. The seller has 7 days to ship with a tracked service. When your figure arrives, check it against the photos and confirm. Only then is the seller paid. If you don't confirm or report a problem, the seller is paid automatically a week after the expected delivery.

Buyer protection costs €0,35 per seller in your cart.

Selling

Listing is free. Pick the figure, choose the condition, set your price and add photos: front, back and base stamp are required, plus the card if it's included. When it sells, ship it tracked within 7 days and add the tracking number.

OnoMarket keeps 5% of the item price. Shipping is paid by the buyer and passed on to you in full.

Conditions

New, opened: box opened to check the figure, card included
New, no box: never displayed, without the box
Displayed, near mint: displayed, no visible marks
Displayed, light wear: small marks, shown in the photos
Damaged: described in the note and photos

When something goes wrong

Report a problem from your order before you confirm. Buyer and seller get 5 days to sort it out together, for example with a refund. If you can't agree, OnoMarket looks at the photos and messages and decides.
